To prepare for a Telerehab appointment, ensure you have the virtual appointment link saved, set up your space in a comfortable area with room to move, adjust your device angle, and wear appropriate clothing for easy movement. Most extended health care benefits, motor vehicle accident (MVA), and Workers Compensation Board (WCB) claims cover Telerehab physiotherapy services. However, it's recommended to check with your insurance provider for clarification on your specific policy.
