"I broke my shoulder skiing. The orthopaedic surgeon recommended therapy. I chose Rebound Health Centre in Lethbridge. My therapist was excellent. He recommended a program of exercises to increase flexibility and when flexibility returned, strength was addressed. We met bi-weekly to assess progress and introduce new exercises. When I found certain exercises impossible, a workaround was developed. My shoulder is great. I plan to ski 50 days this year. The administrative staff were great. Making/changing appointment times was easy. The parking pass was a godsend."
