    The initial assessment is an hour-long session, consisting of a 45-minute evaluation by an Athletic Therapist, followed by a 15-minute consultation with a Sport Medicine Physician. The assessment aims to determine if a concussion is present and to develop a personalized treatment plan. During this process, various tests will be conducted, including cognitive, visual, vestibular, balance, coordination, physical exertion, and cervical spine (neck) tests. A detailed history will also be reviewed. Based on the assessment results and input from the individual, a feasible, accessible, and realistic treatment plan will be developed, tailored to the injury and life circumstances.

    The cost will vary depending on the length of the appointment and if the concussion was sustained during a motor vehicle accident. By offering a well-rounded concussion rehab program, our goal is to restore injured or disabled individuals to maximal function and promote injury prevention.
